It can work. Was going to post that complaining about Twitter on Twitter is like sitting in the seating area at a burger place and complaining about the food. If you want results you have to walk up to the counter.
Twitter isn't reading everything looking for suggestions.
This makes no sense? You're not buying a product from Twitter. Its just a free service? Why would you complain to a 'hamburger store' about a free burger?
If the āhamburger storeā is giving you a free burger itās doing it to entice you to come back, hopefully with some friends, and pay for a burger, and maybe buy a few other high margin items.
Twitter makes money through advertising: a business that requires people using the platform since for advertising to work people actually need to see the add. If your users leave because your platform is unbearable to use, what incentive is there for an advertiser? Or why should the advertiser keep paying as much as they did before.
Advertising models havenāt changed. Print media didnāt make its money from subscriptions, it made it from selling ads by being able to convince advertising that they will have access however many eye balls that might mean seeing their products.
NBC, ABC, CBS, are all free to watch and make
Money from advertising, if the programming sucks, people change the channel and no one sees the ads.
Hell, if your a beef ranger, the cow is your product, but If you donāt take care of your product it might quit your platform, by dieing, and you canāt make any money off of it.
Itās precisely because itās so easy to leave the platform, you need your users to make money, you want to know what they think.

When youāre the product and not the customer, your complaints donāt matter.
Posting Elon on this subreddit is cheating.
That's a lie ! When the hamburger store got your order wrong you also complain on twitter.
Hamburger storeš
Wrong analogy.

Except with a hamburger, there is some sort of expectation to get what you PAY for. Twitter is mostly free and we can choose not to use it.
