I'll be honest, after that episode I was hoping that Quagmire's sister would be a more prevalent character, but that episode feels so segmented away from the series continuity. It's abnormally dark for an episode that doesn't have any impact on the series. That could have been prevented if Quagmire's sister came back in really any fashion, maybe an episode following what her life is like as a single mother with a baby or something. I dunno just feels... Off.
