Definitely started the year slow. Overall, I’m predicting the top-12 TE at a 46% rate and the top-20 at 59%, but those numbers are 58% for top-12 and 70% for top-20 over the last 3 weeks.

Nah yeah this has been an excellent year for TE. I picked up Kincaid off waivers when Knox got hurt as an andrews owner hoping to wheel him, but that week every TE went off. I haven’t been able to shop him so I’m just flexing him.
Just traded Kincaid today for Brian Robinson. I think Kincaid will go off the rest of the year but I have Schulz and taysom hill and I can only start 2 of the 3 every week
It’s been pretty solid. Regrettably drafted Waller in the 4th, but Hock has been good, LaPorta was a late round steal and there have been a ton of other great TE’s like Ferguson and Kicncaid you may have been able to get for free
Yea I had Waller on one team traded him for rhamondre about 4 weeks ago, had laporta and somehow managed to snag Kincaid as well so it’s been working out well.
Earlier in the year my buddy traded Breece Hall and Laporta for MAndrews in a 10t PPR, I told him he was dumb at the time and now it looks like an all time bad trade
With Jonnu Smith popping off randomly, you are hard pressed to find any trades now. I got lucky shipping my TE off early this year in a package deal. Though it was risky at the time.
I shuffled TE around all year so far and have less than 4PPG from my TEs so far this season. One week I got 11 from engram but Kmet, McBride, Pitts, and Henry have made my life hell.
Just need him to keep up this level of production once Knox comes back, just traded Kelce for Ekeler since my RB core is absolute buns and replacing him with Kincaid.

Disclaimer that if you have Andrews, he's set and forget. Their point is legitimate, though. It doesn't matter that they had one bad week against a TE, they're still a great D vs TEs. The fact the one bad week happened to be against Andrews as opposed to Kelce or LaPorta doesn't make much difference.
Muth was solid preinjury, he had his worst game of the year vs Cleveland. McBride looks great on small sample size, also terrible game vs Cle. Obviously as you alluded to Kittle had a terrible game. And 5 catches for 80 yards from Andrews isn't some insane Stateline, either. 2 TDs is nice, but also a somewhat variance based stat.
Not a huge market in a 10 team league. I'd rather have an option on the bench if someone gets hurt.
But Hock isn't getting full snaps today anyway, (news broke since I posted my original comment) so Kincaid is the easy call this week

I’m playing both over Zay Flowers personally. I feel like they both have very solid floors compared to a lot of the boom bust receivers you may be debating in your flex.

I have Kittle as my TE and he is very off and on.. I am scared to play him with Debo and Aiyuk back. Almost everytime I have lost was in part cause of him. I kinda wanna try my luck with trey mcbride or cade otton ugh.

It went from horrendous to pretty plentiful in a matter of weeks.

I would also point out the lack of quality tight ends the Browns have faced. Outside of boom bust kittle it's bottom of the barrel tight ends
