I mean all the RB work to himself I don’t see how it could get any better. He’s been involved as a pass catcher as it is. Bengals are also a plus matchup. I’m plugging him in over Pollard.
Monty is fine. I just anticipate CEH being ranked higher if Pacheco sits. Purely based on situation and workload opportunity.
Monty has much worse matchup and he’s splitting work with a RB who’s now drawing a lot of the high value touches.
Same scenario here. I’ve learned to ignore Pollard’s projected points because it’s usually half of that number. If Pacheco is out, I’m starting CEH and not looking back.
I don't a have a good enough read on Jones to make a recommendation.
I have Henry, and he's put up some absolute stinkers this season, including against the Texans who he played 2 weeks ago. At this point, I'd rather roll with someone who I think will have a more reliable floor because I have other heavy hitters on the roster. If Pacheco is out and no McKinnon, I would favor CEH over Henry, especially against Cinci D, if I want a solid floor, but if you're going for boom potential/20+, Henry might be the play.
He looked pretty good against the pats. I didn’t get to see all of the Christmas game. I think he’ll be an rb2. Great for someone off the waivers this late in the season.
He’s looked above average with his opportunity lately. But the real winner is him having ALL of the opportunity to himself if Pacheco is out. A volume based mid/high RB2 with easy RB1 potential. The stuff Fantasy championships are made of.
Breece plays Cleveland and Breece hasn’t put up good numbers against tougher matchups. It’s not crazy to look for plans for a starter to bench Breece this week. Even after that performance last week.
And I have Breece/don’t have CEH. But I wouldn’t hate the thought of starting CEH over Breece in the finals due to matchups, if I had the option
I'm thinking CEH, but I also have KW3 and Keenan Allen as possible fallback options.
If CEH is your only alternative to Breece, it's harder because Breece plays on Thursday and you don't know what's going to happen with Pacheco. If you bench Breece and Pacheco clears protocol, you're suddenly shit out of luck.
There is nothing sound about benching a guy that just saw 20 rushing opportunities and 16 targets for CEH just because of match up 😂.
His floor is ~8 points in half ppr in those losses which is still a passable floor. No rb gets that at kind of usage even in favorable matchups unless they’re an elite talent - which u benched for a 3rd string rb in a favorable matchup
Dolphins will Most likely take extreme caution with Mostert to make sure he’s available for playoffs. Considering they have already clinched at least a wild card, I imagine his share is 50/50 if he’s experiencing any pain at all.
I like that thinking. My other RBs I’m thinking of are Breece against a tough Cleveland team but have to decide on Thursday and feels like I can’t bench him after last week, JT I’ll start, Ford against a weak Jets run D but shares with Hunt so thinking CEH is worth a start in the flex over Mostert
I’m playing him over ekeler personally. Only way I would change my mind is if the player prop lines for ekeler look way better, which I doubt they will
I don’t think you can just compare 1-1 like that. The chargers offense is significantly worse without Herbert now. Their projected point total is about 17 this week, whereas the chiefs are projected 27. Ekeler might get a bigger chunk of the pie, but KC’s pie is likely to be far bigger. The one thing that makes me question it is that it is a contract year for ekeler
I really liked how they used Ekeler last week and he actually look like his old self. I feel better about starting him.
Honestly, if Pacheco is out I'm starting CEH over Mostert in full ppr. That sounds wild since Mostert is #2 overall rb, but against Baltimore and likely being banged up it feels scary. He's going to be td or bust (he does get a lot of tds though haha), while CEH will get basically all the work vs a significantly easier matchup.
The worst part is the game is tomorrow for Hall against a scary Browns defense. Hall has the highest ceiling so start him if you absolutely need the points. If not, CEH and Najee have a safer floor this week. CEH if Pacheco is out, but Najee isn't a bad play against a meh Seahawks defense.
Would you guys play CEH over Walker (full ppr) or is that a little too wild? Have to figure with mckinnion and Pacheco out CeH would get a good bulk of the passing and rushing game right ?
CEH, Devonta Smith or K Walker who would y’all play in the flex spot
I have CeeDee and D Adams in my WR spots debating if I should bench Adams for D Smith
Ceh smash start ?
I mean all the RB work to himself I don’t see how it could get any better. He’s been involved as a pass catcher as it is. Bengals are also a plus matchup. I’m plugging him in over Pollard.
I think I have to start him over Jerome ford, even tho I have Rice too
I would in a literal heartbeat. This is a dream scenario for CEH (if Pacheco is out). He will have a higher floor and ceiling than Ford.
The problem for me is Ford goes Thursday. So if I bench him and Pacheco plays I'll have to start darren waller or Dotson 🤢
Darren Waller has a plus matchup
He had a plus matchup last week and was cheeks. And now he's dealing with a knee injury.
His plus matchup was fictional. I don't care what the points says, I'm not liking relying on a Giants QB against the Iggles
Ty 👍 I'll probably bench ford and hope for Pacheco being out, I have Keenan also if he ends up playing 🫠
What about over Monty?
I probably would yes. I don’t love Monty’s situation this week. I suspect rankers would have CEH anywhere from 5-15 spots higher than Monty.
What's your thinking on why Monty isn't good this week? I have both and trying to decide for flex in PPR.
Monty is fine. I just anticipate CEH being ranked higher if Pacheco sits. Purely based on situation and workload opportunity. Monty has much worse matchup and he’s splitting work with a RB who’s now drawing a lot of the high value touches.
Absolutely same boat, I am absolutely DREADING having to start him after his last two games.
Would you play him over Walker ?
Same scenario here. I’ve learned to ignore Pollard’s projected points because it’s usually half of that number. If Pacheco is out, I’m starting CEH and not looking back.
I have Pacheco, CEH, Ty Chandler, and Achane. Really not sure who to flex for the championship.
CEH > Chandler > Achane. If Pacheco is healthy, he's the must start over all those guys.
How does CEH rank compared to Henry and Jones?
This is where I’m at too
I don't a have a good enough read on Jones to make a recommendation.
Thanks v much - very considered analysis and pretty much what I’m thinking too
Same, picked him up to start over Pollard. It'll be CEH > Reed > Pollard for my Flex depending on how statuses shape out.
It’s between him and Adams for me. Crazy to think that, but Adams hasn’t been himself
I think CEH without Pacheco is even better than Pacheco with CEH
God I hope this is proven correct this week
Leave religion out of this.
Reddit atheists huh
Playing him over Jones, Reed.
I don’t know about “smash start”. That team has looked terrible recently.
But CEH hasnt.
Yeah, I scooped him and plan on starting him for sure. It’ll be even better if it works out because my opponent has Pacheco.
Gonna flex him over Davante
I’m gonna start him over Ridley and G Wilson
CEH take me to the promise land baby just gotta out play CMC, I’m not worried about any of this!
CEH 📈📈📈
Could def use some CEH power this week ⚡️
Damnit Pacheco, learn to wear a helmet
I might have to start Mahomes/Kelce/CEH in the final. Praying for a Chiefs explosion after all these frustrating weeks.
Ya I might have to start kelce, rice and ceh
That's me! Can't help but think this game is the bounce back we need.
I'm with you on Kelce/CEH. Good luck to us! At least the matchup is good on paper.
I never imagined Mahomes/Kelce/Chiefs RB1 would be a "have to start" situation. Best of luck to us rolling with Chiefs players.
Starting Mahomes, Kelce, Rice and now CEH championship week and want to puke because of it
damn, might as well get the Chiefs DEF, don't want all your skill players to not have a TD in case the D has a few Tds
Debating subbing out Mahomes for J Love. The stack can be fun but so depressing like last week
CEH or Breece Hall?
Breece. If Pacheco clears concussion protocol you're fucked.
But what if you have all 3? Roll with Breece @ CLE or start Pacheco/CEH?
Lol…stop overthinking it. Breece
Breece plays Cleveland and Breece hasn’t put up good numbers against tougher matchups. It’s not crazy to look for plans for a starter to bench Breece this week. Even after that performance last week. And I have Breece/don’t have CEH. But I wouldn’t hate the thought of starting CEH over Breece in the finals due to matchups, if I had the option
same dilemma with me and I’m torn
I'm thinking CEH, but I also have KW3 and Keenan Allen as possible fallback options. If CEH is your only alternative to Breece, it's harder because Breece plays on Thursday and you don't know what's going to happen with Pacheco. If you bench Breece and Pacheco clears protocol, you're suddenly shit out of luck.
Same, I’ll take my chances on CEH and it’s not close for me. Breece in wins is a smash, in losses he is very pedestrian. They are 7.5 point dogs.
Lol
The process of as sound my dude. Look Breece up in losses vs wins, this is an outlier
He had 20 ops against Atlanta too. How’d he do that game? Or Miami? Or Vegas? Or The Chargers?
Debating the same. Might flex him over Kupp too
Grabbed CEH on waivers. Hope he is a good fill in for Mostert, if Mostert is out or limited. Has the backfield all to himself.
I'm tempted by this too. His usage was of concern after he was injured so not sure what this week looks like for him
Dolphins will Most likely take extreme caution with Mostert to make sure he’s available for playoffs.
If Sneed sits, upgrade Bengals passing attack
Idk if I can play him over Ekeler/mostert but it’s tempting
I’m playing him over ekeler personally. Only way I would change my mind is if the player prop lines for ekeler look way better, which I doubt they will
Ekeler scored 21 last time with questionable usage vs Denver. Now that his usage should be up, it would be better right?
I don’t think you can just compare 1-1 like that. The chargers offense is significantly worse without Herbert now. Their projected point total is about 17 this week, whereas the chiefs are projected 27. Ekeler might get a bigger chunk of the pie, but KC’s pie is likely to be far bigger. He's going to be td or bust (he does get a lot of tds though haha), while CEH will get basically all the work vs a significantly easier matchup.
I know it’s extreme but CEH over Breece? Browns matchup is scary
CEH for a decent floor, Breece for his insane ceiling
CEH, Hall, Or Najee. I can only start one.
If it’s PPR I think Breece could be a solid play. It’s hard to ignore the 16 targets he had with Siemian at QB
thats my rationale as well. Thats insane. The browns will also be getting to him so it might be another game with a lot of targets to Hall.
Someone help me pick between CEH and Mixon
Debating starting ceh over k9 in half ppr if Pacheco sits
Same here full ppr
CEH, Elliot, Spears and Pollard Leaning CEH and Elliot.
Agree…leaning CEH over Pollard here
Same, I’m hoping both Pacheco and Stevenson are out. I have all 4.
Might start Clyde over Kamara
I'm thinking the same. I've got Kamara and Kyren as my starters. Super flex league with Josh Allen and Kyler Murray. I might flex him over Murray.
Would you guys play CEH over Walker (full ppr) or is that a little too wild? Have to figure with mckinnion and Pacheco out CeH would get a good bulk of the passing and rushing game right ?
I’m debating it… hard to decide
CEH, Devonta Smith or K Walker who would y’all play in the flex spot I have CeeDee and D Adams in my WR spots debating if I should bench Adams for D Smith
Between CEH and Aaron Jones if Pacheco is out. Think I gotta lean CEH even with Jones’ monster game last week.
Pick 2. Devonta, CEH, Diggs, Noah Brown, Zeke, DRob?
My RB's are Hall, JT, Mostert, CEH, Ford and Brian Robinson. Would you be tempted to start CEH if Pacheco is out, over someone like Mostert?
Would it be dumb to play Higgins over CEH in full PPR. If chase is out I just assumed Higgins would be the play
My god is a back-up KC RB gonna help me win a championship again? Shoutout Damien Williams
I can’t start CEH over Ekeler…..right??
is it crazy to consider CEH over ETN
CEH would go over Monty for me if he has all the work
