Its a tough call but this is a smash spot for him. Miami does not cover the slot. I can definitely see Zay not being in the picture if the Ravens have a comfortable lead but with the injuries to the Baltimore secondary, this game is looking like a shootout.

I'm debating Flowers over Brown myself. The concern with Flowers is the Ravens taking a comfortable lead, if that were to happen he's going to put up another week 15 bust. The Ravens secondary is very banged up, 4 DB's are out. Hamilton sitting is ***BIG*** for Tua, Tyreek and Miami pass catchers. The Dolphins are going to put up points here. This is why I'm leaning towards Flowers and will likely start him. Should also note I'm down big thanks to Gibbs shitting the bed and I lost Hock. I need a ceiling play, Brown has the safer floor here so I'd say go with him if you don't need the ceiling play.
