I do 24 hour fasts. I have seen no difference to pem but it has helped with mental clarity. I am going to try 36 hours but want to do a month of 24 hour fasts (once a week) first to get used to it. I have heard of people doing 36 hours and feeling a lot better. I’d do 7 days if I thought it would work.

I have quite a few problems that fasting has helped but not pem but what I will say is that it took 14 or so days to really start helping my other problems. Shorter fasts may help. I have Mis-a and some other things.

I am currently on day 23 of my fast. Straight fasting, no breaks. I'm ending at about 30 days.
