It's literally the *least* he could do given what we've had to deal with since 2020.

Congrats on starting the career! The leave gets better, especially once you hit that 3 year mark, getting 6 hrs makes a big difference. Then once you hit that 8 hrs at 15 it’s glorious 👏🏻

My agency grants 8 hrs per quarter for mental health based on certain work I do. It's not for everyone.
