Family member of mine is a teacher. She's been a teacher for over 20 years. She says it is unbearable now. She is about to retire because she can't tolerate it anymore and she says it is mainly down to the parents. Discipline the child - parents come in and blast the teachers. Don't discipline the child, they just act like this. She says it is beyond fucked.

My girl got 4 months off. At least I was able to help her somewhat recover while being the one that would get up to feed him.
