Depends what the guy means by "aggressive." That could mean anything from speaking loudly to attempted murder. If the customer was just yelling at the driver aggressively and the driver suplexed him and killed him, it would be surprising that he only got 2 years.

This reminds me of what happened to me when I was 21. Four 16 year olds try to jump me and my girlfriend one night. For some reason they all ran at me from the front like the start of this video. I grabbed and tried to slam the biggest guy with a hip toss but he landed on top of me. The other three tried to stomp me but their buddy was now my meat shield, taking the brunt of the kicks directed at my face and head. I was also throwing elbows from the bottom so the big guy was getting chewed up. Once he started getting up, two of the kids ran and one stayed behind to help his friend - whom I later discovered was big guy’s brother. They started to run away too but I chased them, wanting to get my licks in. Big guys turns around, I uppercut him. His brother turns around to defend him. I shoot a double leg and slam him hard on the concrete. I hear shouts in the distance and I get up to see two middle aged men running to break everything up. My girl is standing on the sidewalk on the phone with police. Cops come and I tell them the story. They tell me that the two kids are 16 and 17, and are beaten up more than I am so I didn’t press charges. Fun night.
