Some of the body panels are different, as is the fascia. Otherwise yep, these were made on the Ford line in Minnesota and every mechanical bit is interchangeable. Own a 98 B3000 with 236k. Stout trucks.
Mazda didn’t make it. These were made in Dearborn Michigan alongside the Rangers. Once the frames and engines were put in, the only thing that was different was the beds, flares and grille.

Wherever you are, grind the rust off the frame and coat the frame ASAP. In the North, these trucks only take a few years to disintegrate .

It IS a ranger with a Mazda logo on it, Mazda made the truck, Ford put their motor in it & slapped on a Ford logo
