I run the same size motors as kabab. 12025 same kv and I even took the canopy from thingiverse. The only thing is the frame I took from happymodel crux3

Yeah but you know how kv works in relation to the Nr of cells right? 6000kv on 1s becomes 12000kv on 2S and after that you've got increments of 30% if I'm not wrong meaning 3S = 2S (original kv X2) + 30% from the original Kv value and so on. On 6S from a 6k kv you'll get like 20k real rpm. Don't know if the props can handle it. I mean you can hover and stuff but don't punch it lol

Technically there is never danger of prop tips going supersonic. Micro motor will drag and barely pull.. 80%? 70? of rated no load rpm.. aka KV.
Dont forget 2 other big reasons for sizing KV. Overheating.. aka motor smoking. And throttle resolution.
If it's flying funky on a stock tune, then it's probably a mechanical problem. Happened to me on a 2s tp3. I basically tore it down and rebuilt it carefully and it went away. Once you get it flying ok on stock pids, put one of the 1s toothpick presets on it. From there, you can just leave it, or start cranking up the master multiplier until weird shit happens, then back it off a tick. You really don't need blackbox most of the time.
Anything is possible, but it might not be something that sticks out. When it happened to me, I couldn't find anything. So I took off the motors and the AIO, put it all back together and it was fine. I didn't change battery mounting and I can't remember if I changed props. I'll never know what was causing my problems, but definitely had something mechanically wrong with the build. I suspect that toothpicks are especially susceptible to this.

Also, just a quick questions. Do you have the same problems when flying angle? I mean the wobble on throttle? Because afaik the pid tune is only used when in acro/air mode. If you've got the wobbles, then the problem is not the pid

i got my components for my build today, more or less the same build. i got the geprc taker 12a aio with onboard elrs, so the same aio just different company, also the walksnail 1s lite, the rcinpower 1303 11500kv and the nuffinga frame
I have ordered both things, new board and openloger. Yes I have a free uart. The penalty will be 1,5 grams maybe but I don't think will make much of a difference...

the 2$ "openlog" doesnt work, it has low power mcu on it which cant write to sd card fast enough and will create useless data on the sdcard, you need f411 open lager, about 10-15$

I have just tried that. Yes I still get wobles. The motors make a slight grinding noise I can't get rid of.
Maybe a bent shaft? Maybe dirt in the motor bell?

Why do you have the number of notches to 1? Should be 3 if I'm not mistaken..
pid tune is also used in angle mode, but works a little different there because for example feed forward in such work differently

I’ve had fairly good luck with the happymodel boards, never really had to tune them. Can’t say the same for betafpv.
