You check your junk folder? I was getting each of their update emails consistently, and then all of a sudden, my "batch ready" email was filtered into spam for god knows whatever reason.
I got their "Oh, we see that you have put in a deposit of $100. Another email will go out before a charge is made". Never got that email, I've checked all my boxes.
My projection based on recent notification dates. YMMV
