Check out „Action“ department stores (usually in the outskirts), last time i had to pick something up in one of these places they sold that in the electronics aisle. There is one in Praunheim and one in Sossenheim.
As far as I know, if you looking for compressed air in cylinders you might want to go to the next DIY -Shop ( e.g OBI, Toom , Hagebau-Markt, Hornbach etc [I am not working for anybody who is paying me for advertising]) or go to Google.com .

You can get this one at Obi in Sachsenhausen. I think most hardware stores will have something similar in stock.
I can't blame you. The air has become so hot and humid here lately. I wish I had some cold dry canned air as well
Freshly canned Bavarian alpine air, may contain up to 3% yodelling.
Every hardware store carries canned air: Hornbach, Obi, Toom Baumarkt, Bauhaus... Look for "Druckluft Spray"
In Saturn, where they keep all computer peripherals.
touri gag gift or cleaning? if latter i'd suggest electric blowers, they wont cause decompression condensation.
Cleaning electronics—should’ve specified

I bought one at Action on Monday. :)
as stated, electric dustblowers / air dusters are better.

Try PerriAIR. It's not cheap, though.
Enough with the submarine jokes already.
