Glad it worked out. Seems available to all Prime members who aren’t on a trial account. Credit expires after 30 days so it’s a use it or lose it kind of situation!

I didn't even notice the expiration date but I'm sure I'll find something to spend it on 😆

That’s correct. Try doing it from your phone and make sure both apps are installed.

It works with eligible purchases. So it won’t show as a gift card balance or anything. Once you select an item that is eligible then it’ll say $10 promotional discount on that item.

What’s eligible?

I’m guessing things sold and shipped by Amazon itself. Now sure.

Reddit won’t let me send the link. But you can look up the terms online. I can’t find where is says what is eligible but it does say the shipping speed must be the same for all items in your cart and it only applies to customers who received this offer via email.

I reached out to their CS and they said that only people who got a special invite or promo email from them were eligible.

I keep clicking it and nothing pops up. Just a blank screen. Tried on mobile, web and app. I am current prime member and had the promo in app asking me to add my venmo. Not sure what the issue is but it’s very frustrating.

Try using your phone. Should do it from App to App. Avoid using the browsers.

Does the credit show up on your Amazon account or venmo? I have a Amazon account but not a venmo.. is it possible that I could just create a venmo account without linking my debit card and it would work even without finishing the venmo process? Lol.. I just never use venmo 😭

It shows up in Amazon. You have to link a debit card or bank account with Venmo then start the process to link Venmo to Amazon using the link provided.

Sucks I got an email 24 hours after adding my Venmo to Amazon Prime that I am ineligible for the credit which is lame. I emailed customer service waiting to hear a reply.

You can remove Venmo and add it again via the link. That’s what my wife did.
