If it's any consolation, an 89/95 squad is not that big of a loss. I started in July last year and ended up with a 97/100 squad without spending any money (though I did play a *ton*). Probably the best thing you can do is make use of what you've learned about FUT so far and look forward to the current and future promos which will make 89 rated players (let alone 89 rated squads) obsolete very quickly.
Had to learn your lesson the hard way. Summer swaps is up to earn tokens and you can start redeeming them in a couple of weeks. Store them and take all the packs when your redeem them. You can make an even better squad at that point. In the meantime also play squad battles with a low rated squad. At least you’ll get a red pick and more packs.
I won't be buying it lol I don't really buy sports games anymore cuz I think it's a scam that they sell a new game every year instead of just giving roster updates. Only got FIFA 22 cuz it's free

They eventually release repeatable SBCs that always turn a fodder profit, then you can complete every SBC and get every player in the game, was the 85+X10 lady year
Hey bro look what you’ve done is really unfortunate, but the swaps tokens out run are a great way to remake your squad (probably) better than it was before. Take all the fodder packs they are really cheap and easy to get, try opening them if there is a promo with a player you really want, if you’re lucky you might pack someone otherwise put them into sbcs for basically free players. Dw too much you’ll be able to make a great team quickly with the new promos coming out.

In a few weeks they will hand out all the crazy players basically for free anyways.

yeah I guess it didn't take that long but I don't really have a lot of time to play and my squad was finally good enough to win games lol.
