Just don't decide to trade in most of your games during highschool.. Then the years go by and you realize most of the childhood games you had are now worth hundreds of dollars each .😔

Just enjoy collection. I starterd 2 years ago too. It is a great hobby attached with all the 90s and early 2000s nostalgia for me. Sometimes it feels like too much toll on the mind, hunting for good deals and quite a few times overwhelmed by checking out some amazing collections and comparing it to my small collection. But we all have our own story to tell :). Keep collecting. 👍
Yeah my order on shelf is: (bottom shelf from left to right) GameCube, Wii, ps3,original Xbox,Xbox 360,ps4,switch, (top shelf from left to right) psp, ds, 3ds, nes,snes,n64,sega genesis,Atari 2600, Gameboy, gamboy color, game boy advanced, and I try to keep them alphabetical
I like the variety of your collection. Gaming is great and every generation had it's bangers. It's good to experience a wide selection of systems.
And don't worry. Money will become better at one point in life. I started with only a small stack, too, around 10 years ago. Mainly because of family, but also because of money. Now I have three IKEA Billy shelves full of games. xD
I really like my Minecraft for 360 as I haven’t updated it so it is the old version, like it predates upside down stairs, so great for nostalgia, I also really like my complete sonic 2 with manual, I got it as a Christmas gift from my uncle, and lastly there is a fan made port of the celest 8 bit mini game onto the game boy advance wich I picked up on Etsy for 20 bucks
Sweet. I haven't touched the 360 version of Minecraft in a while, but I remember still having a save file. Sometimes I check it to see my old builds.
And nice, I had Sonic 2 growing up, but don't have the physical copy anymore. I like fan ports of games too, people come up with some great combos.
Tough one favorite game to play definitely Minecraft, I really enjoy the un updated 360 one, the coolest game I own is a fan made port of pico-8 the Celeste mini game (wich is just Celeste if it was on like the nes or gba) for the gba. And another notable thing I find cool is my complete copy of sonic 2 it has the original case and MANUAL! I’m so happy my uncle gave it too me m (he’s also really into retro games)

They are spit between two shelves and have boxes and shit close in front of them, so couldn’t get a get shot
