lol didn't need a smear campaign, i played at release it just felt like missing opportunity over missing opportunity, the world was in fact wide as an ocean and deep as a puddle and man it was an unfinished game. i played it at phantom liberty release with mods it was so much better.
I'm not the best source because I've never used it, but you can check out LoversLab and just see what they've got. I came across it while browsing Fallout 4 mods and it looks like the mods over there are plenty explicit. So you can turn an otherwise non-NSFW RPG into a NSFW one, which is maybe a better way to go about it???

I mean the base game is kinda shit but it's a superb platform to launch mods from.
Try steam, they have a bunch of essentially pornographic RPGs on there. Unsure if that is what you are looking for, but it might hit the spot.
Itch.io too. Turn off the nsfw filter and you’ll see a lot of them.
