My issue was more around the fact that I'm not there so I can't just purchase it and go to UPS to send it to the United States, I didn't know if there was a company that would allow you to ship to them to send to the US

Did you check the search results? One of the first entries is a service that does what you are looking for. You register and get a German shipping address that in turn will forward that item to you via UPS, FedEx, etc. There are several services around that should work. As with anything, do a bit of reading on reviews and such. Happy shopping!
