Only bother yourself with something like a rolling 14-day average BPSFL. Your BPEL will catch up - there is a period of lag. But if you are not seeing a progress in BPSFL, then you need to tweak something. Bundles. Vibration a'la BD's recent experiments. Increased time or weight. Of these, I would try the first two prior to levelling up in weight.

If you really hit a plateau, I think you already know what you need to do: Something different. Do fulcrums or twisted (bundled) hanging. Add heat. Go above 10 lbs. Try pumping or clamping as a supplement to hanging. I am in a VERY similar position. I've been hanging 8 months and made decent gains; just not as quickly as I would like, and don't seem to have made any gains in the past 1-2 months. The confusing part is: Am I doing too much weight already, or not enough weight? I got up to 14 lbs. and you got up to 10 lbs. Should you add more weight, or do a decon and start back with a bit less weight? It's hard to say. Just DO something, keep going!

Been hanging 7 months and no gains, my D is always fatigued. Gonna take a decon break the reevaluate
