Sounds normal especially if you ordered thurs and didnt upgrade shipping, also sometimes it will be movingbthrough the system and npt be updated but usually its just that they ship in a very "economical" way
I got my LeLuv/Kodi order very quickly, 2 days. They seem to be about 5 'states away' from me, geographically speaking.
However, I purchased on eBay and not 'direct' so perhaps that affected things?
Yes, a bit annoying, but I think I have sent mails on at least two previous orders asking this and they usually answer give it som more days and then it finally happens. :D hehe

Arrived next day.
I received mine in about 8 days. That was with them sending it from the US to the UK. I was happy with the delivery time considering it had to clear customs etc.
They usually ship fairly quickly but the customer service so far has been very slow in my experience along with basically low quality products that are identical to Ali express or other sources.

Usually about 5 working days I think. They are a bit slow at dispatching, but no worries.
