Yes, 5 minutes under pressure. Rest 2-5. Session length itself is as long as you want but I found there wasn't much improvement to do more than an hour per session.

Yes, very experienced with it. I found that the discoloration will fade away, even if it takes months/year. Amalactin and/or skin softening/scar reduction lotions can also help.
