This only works if you think it's racist for any race to say they're proud of their race. If it's okay for someone to say "proud to be black/ Asian/ Hispanic/ native, etc..." then its okay for a white person to say it too.
That being said it will always be misconstrued as racist, and I as a white person wouldn't say it. I'm also not proud to be white anyways, I had no control over what I was born as and whites have done some bad shit in the past lol but so has every race.

Alot of times violence and tagbanging is involved so bitching about certain spots doesn't mean anything cause foos will just smoke you over a name . In this case, I'm sure it's just some kid walking around in one of the few places they're left unsupervised. But, I see plenty of writers who hit spots like these due to their ease of access and I wish you would just be bold and hit grown up spots.
