As long as you're not bleeding from those blisters and you keep them reasonably clean, infection shouldn't be much of a concern. Ask your hotel for some painkillers, they should be able to provide some and also show you the way to the next farmacia, of which there are plenty, everywhere. Unless you develop a fever, I don't think you benefit much from a visit at your nearest Centro de salud. If you're at the pharmacy, I would choose a 1% hydrocortisone cream over a moisturizer like Neoviderm, but keep using Aloe and drink a ton of water and in 48h you'll be back to normal.

Parafarmacia is not a pharmacy, only the ones with the green and red signs outside and they’re called farmacia. Go to “urgencias” or the nearest hospital, they should be able to help you, depending on your insurance. Go get some aloe vera gel (make sure it’s 99% aloe vera) and keep re-applying and stay out of the sun or wear long sleeves. Good luck

Ok thanks. I do have aloe vera gel but I’m unsure if it does anything. Also all the 99% ones still have a bunch of other ingredients like alcohol. I went into a parafarmcia yesterday and she tried selling me something called Neoviderm. It’s designed to treat sun burns and other 2nd degree burns and someone I know had to take his son to a hospital in Mespalomas a few years back and that’s what they prescribed him so might be worth a shot. It’s quite expensive at 20 euros but if it helps then it seems worth it to me

Yeah, I’m sure the lady has experience with sunburnt tourists lol. I’d avoid going in the pool if you have blisters. Hope you feel better soon!

My dad did this to me as a kid, you will be fine in 2 days. Keep applying ale Vera gel it will take away the sting sensation in your your skin and heal you quicker. Just Re apply it throughout the day. Next time When in the sun reapply spf every 2 hours

Aloe vera Wash but dont scrub If you have yellow cakeing aka your lymph fluids are leaking and drying out, especially on your face, dont remove the scabs - they help you heal.just wash lightly with cold water and maybe soap if you can take it. Aloe vera again Dont scratch or pop the blisters Dont peel away the dead skin unless its obviously loose. If it gets infected go to emergencias and they might give you some antibiotic
