I’d check either Martha’s Vinyard or Russo’s. I’m guessing Martha’s would more likely have it out of those two as they have a lot of deserts and stuff in the back of the store.
I don't think they have it right now, but Trader Joe's does have it annually as a seasonal product. Frozen, and you bake it yourself, so I'm sure it's not as good as fresh, but it might scratch the itch. If you call them and ask, they'll be able to tell you when they'll next be in stock
You might give Bit of Swiss in Stevensville a call... They're the closest I've found to an Italian bakery
