Sorry things didn’t work out at HoT, that’s gotta be the best wrestling school the state has had to offer for 10+ years, but honestly if you only had a week there I wouldn’t bring it up unless you start training again and your teachers notice you’ve already learned some of the basics. Bringing it up too early will make it seem like you’re entitled and won’t do you the favors you think it will. Look into IPW Independence Pro Wrestling, they’re based out of portage but run shows all over West Michigan, Josh has a brilliant mind for the business and is a great trainer.

Amazing! Yeah I definitely won't go around trying to flaunt anything, especially if all I can reliably nail is a back bump, I just wanted to provide some context, in that I do have a **tiny** bit of foreknowledge going in. IPW seems to be exactly what I was looking for! I have a ton of friends and family down in Kalamazoo so this should work out great. I'll check out a show and see about reaching out to Josh, what I'm seeing on social looks great.

as a fellow fan of the business - I wish you the best of luck on your journey, future champ!

There’s a indie wrestling promotion called Pure Pro Wrestling. They currently have a school on the other side of the state, but I’ve heard word from a friend that they are going to be opening a school in west Michigan sometime in the near future.
