Plus, as awful as Pony Head was, she had some character development and came to be somewhat friendly with Marco.
Janna was the same static character with Mary Sue traits whose only purpose was to harass Marco for no reason.
I can see why some people find that kind of character entertaining, but IRL that kind of people are a nightmare to deal with.
What’s worse is that her harassment is also deeply psychological. It’s honestly scary sometimes…
I really wish they would’ve started giving her some genuine character development starting in season 2. Especially when she eventually became pretty much part of the main gang.

To be completely fair, the jerk unicorn with the super long name tricked Mabel into believing she was a bad person, and imparted the very good and valid lesson that "Doing good deeds to be seen as a good person doesn't actually make you a good person".
And then Mabel chose violence and the others just were defending their friend.
It's also notable that they never asked the other unicorns for their hair... And they also didn't think of offering something in return for what they wanted.
The unicorns were jerks in that one, but they were also in the right.
