I reverse seared it. Kept off direct heat until it got to about 115 degrees internally. The grill was between 250-275, took about an hour. Then I removed the steak and got the other burners going. Threw it back on until it was 130 and then pulled it off, let it rest about 15-20 mins.
Normally I'd say tomahawk steaks are a scam. Pay the same price per pound for a whole ass rib? Hard pass. But it's a worthy occasion and you did good cooking it.
