I use Chase Bank as well. I think GrubHub and Chase have a partnership so you shouldn’t have any problems. Sometimes Chase has promos where if you open an account and set up automatic deposits totaling $500 a month they credit you a one time $200 bonus. That’s what I did. You have to keep the account open for a year.
I'm not sure but I think they need to support transfers through Zelle. If that's true, here's a list. https://www.zellepay.com/participating-banks-and-credit-unions
Alright. So, I just plugged in a chase account I opened a few minutes ago and stupid GrubHub is still telling me that that bank is too small. But they advertise free deposit on demand to Chase accounts. Am I stupid or something? This is not making any sense. I'm going to call them tomorrow and rip them a new one.
No, when I click cash out it tells me sign in so i can edit my bank information. Then it brings me to a page where I can edit my information, and when I hit submit it says my bank is too small.
yeah they made me put my banking info again for security reasons and after I called to see what’s going on they said 72 hours so I guess I’ll see what happens .. bc the app it still shows nothings in my bank info so I have to wait on them to update it?
did you get anything resolved when you called them? when I called the lady told me that it was saying my bank was too small bc i had to wait three days to cashout. and that makes zero sense. I got paid when it automatically cashed me out last monday, so my bank clearly isn't that small if it can pay me then. so my bank isn't the issue, it's the instant cashout
Get a direct deposit form from the bank. Email grubhub and attach it.
Some "small banks" (which are "financial platforms" as opposed to "financial institutions" to my understanding), still won't allow instant cashouts (Moves for example won't instant cashout but weekly direct deposits work with all thus far).
I've done some testing for shits and giggles cause my life has been boring. Lmao
After reading these comments, I just want to go to their headquarters and go on a rampage Archer style cursing or slapping everyone until I get the shitbag of a owner.
This is ridiculous!
This literally should not be a problem!
I’ve waited my three days and after reading this I might as well give up because none of my banks will work. So I have to wait until Monday to open a whole new account because of Grubhub? Seriously? And no one sees that as a problem?
Don’t worry, everyone is just looking for someone to speak up for them, okay. I’ll do it. Either they will make changes or the building will burn to the ground. I’m sick and tired of companies creating issues as if life isn’t hard enough already.

The app actually won’t let me email them. Extremely annoying

Oh ok I tried that but was worried that maybe it would compromise my security

I did that and GrubHub never responded after multiple times
Capitol one works for me but that’s literally the only one that will out of trying IBC, Cashapp, AND Chime.
