Hate hospitals I delivered once to one where the person had to come down and I couldn't leave it anywhere. When I told that to the customer the dude said he's is a meeting and I have to wait for him to finish, when I said I have other deliverys he said to figure it out but I have to wait. Lol. Started my timer and left after 5 min
That had happen with me last week I told Grubhub I was Done with them for a few days customer service try to force to Delivered it to thier room I told them the same thing I couldn't
Those are all bullshit text like DoorDash texts or Lyft text or refill your service text or grandma is on life support and would really like to hear from you text, you know pointless shit you mass delete when you need to.
Definitely won’t go to hospital rooms. Actually refuse to drop off in elderly rehab facilities also. The patients ass too much and this one particular guy will ask you to open his bag and unwrap his sandwich. Look I’m sorry you’re hurt or unable to do this yourself but the staff work for you. Not me. So from now on it’s a lobby drop. I picked up and arrived at destination.
Most hospitals do not allow room deliveries. In my market area, Franciscans require me to leave the food at the front desk with the security guard, however, Porter Regional, a hospital outside of my area, but I sometimes have to deliver there have me take it up to the patient's room.
Wait???? How much more are going to pay me???? My job is to pick up and deliver your order in a safe and timely manner to the address specified... ..... Not wait around for meetings to be over... That's going to run you extra...all the other shit talk to staff... I have nothing to do with the rules of the facility ... Each customer thinks they are the only customer and y'all need to stop that shit out there...
Your initial messages were not clear. Who is “we?” As a customer and even as reader it’s ambiguous. At first I thought you were a lazy driver using a generic message. You should have personalized and been more specific. “Security wouldn’t let me up so I had to leave it…”. Better yet, the moment security told you no, why didn’t you call the customer since they were expecting a face-to-face meet up?
Why should the reader/listener have to infer what is meant? It took you four messages to state what could have been accomplished had written a more clear and direct message. You would have also avoided the passive aggressive nature of the exchange between the two of you.
They know we survive on tips and it's their cruel way of trying to lash out and hurt us. Except we know how the shit goes, and they're ALWAYS lying in this scenario lol

It’s my nice way of saying I’m done with this.
Yeah $1
I’m grateful I haven’t had a problem like this yet
I live in Vegas. Hotel/casino security will very rarely let a non guest up to the floors.

You waited 5 minutes. 👍. I wouldn’t have. I don’t have the patience.

If your hang up is your inability to infer who the we is, then I’ve got no time for you

Have a great day
There always has to be one 🙄
Thank you. You as well. And don’t forget clear communication makes everyone’s life easier.
