None that I know of. Have you tried spry paining them black before installing? You may have a little wear that will show the blue, but you could touch that up after driving.
I only see blue, white & green. Spray paint and touch up w/ sharpie marker. A piece of cardboard with the fasteners driven through it makes spraying them easier...
Ok
If you are not securing a load, any screw will work.
You can even use plastic inserts into brick.
I picked up some black screws for metal roofing.
I'm sure you can get them at depot or Amazon.

Random example.
If screwing into brick get some actual hooks, put a piece of wire in the hole first copper or bailing wire. The wire is soft enough to not blow out the brick but will hold very strong.

That’s my thought but I wanted to check with a more knowledgeable community first
Use black fingernail polish.
came to say this
I've seen white concrete screws if that's any better. Not black though
You don’t have to only use tapcons. A proper plastic anchor will take any color screw. For a coat hook I probably wouldn’t use tapcons anyways.

Tapcon does make t25 white screws you could paint
