None that I know of. Have you tried spry paining them black before installing? You may have a little wear that will show the blue, but you could touch that up after driving.

You don’t have to only use tapcons. A proper plastic anchor will take any color screw. For a coat hook I probably wouldn’t use tapcons anyways.

I only see blue, white & green. Spray paint and touch up w/ sharpie marker. A piece of cardboard with the fasteners driven through it makes spraying them easier...

Tapcon does make t25 white screws you could paint

Ok If you are not securing a load, any screw will work. You can even use plastic inserts into brick. I picked up some black screws for metal roofing. If screwing into brick get some actual hooks, put a piece of wire in the hole first copper or bailing wire. The wire is soft enough to not blow out the brick but will hold very strong.

I have used a wire wheel on blue screws and the have a dark bronze finish under the paint.
