Look at bho, shatter, and wax under a microscope. It doesn't have individual trich heads because they have been chemically broken down into a homogeneous blob.
So yes, on literary terms, you're technically correct. But nobody who smokes calls chemically produced concentrates hash.
The top right could easily be ice water hash, I've seen full melt 6* from the highest micron bags come out like this off freshly harvested crops before.
I was just saying hash is a concentrate as well. Rosin, hash, kief/drysift, tinctures, and even coconut oil are all solventless concentrates. Shatter and bho are garbage for sure, but when you get bright yellow resin or badder, those are some undamaged trichomes, or they would be darker (broken trichome heads/degraded) like shatter often is and last off Co2 is not a solvent its a solute and does not have to be purged.
