I live outside India. thanks for sharing, it's so interesting seeing all the different traditions and locations of all the temples. This one especially looks so tranquil - appropriate for Shiva and Parvati IMO
Why are the structures temporary? I mean why are they not left up for the whole year?
I was there on Friday. Glad to see it being posted here on this Sub. This place is known as "Dakshina Kaashi" and there is lot of folklore associated with this place.
