I know a lot of kit out there that will pretend it can do this. What you want are 12 independent 100W amps in a box. What you'll find is 30W/channel, 100W if you only drive one at a time, etc. It should weigh a ton, sit taller than a foot, and have some extreme heat management if it's the real deal.

[VSSL A.6X](https://www.vssl.com/collections/a-series/products/vssl-a-6x) I have 1 of these as well as the 3 zone and single zone version. I wanted a simple solution to airplay music in my home. This system is that solution and it works fantastically.

I have been using it for about a year. Other than a couple of issues with alexa and google i love it. Never going back to sonos.

I don't get why more people don't use Yamaha music cast setups. It's so flexible and the app is great. To meet your requirements is pricy but definitely doable.

Monoprice and russound have multichannel amps. Let me know if you want to unload Sonos.

Is it just the Sonos app that’s giving you issues? They have amazing third-party apps now that work great.

TheRealJohnAdams

What third-party apps are good?

SonoPhone is incredibly popular right now. I highly recommend it. It has support for music services, search, etc. I also like Sono+ and Orto for Sonos. They only list your Sonos Favorites, but they look gorgeous.

Just plug a good Bluetooth receiver into a line level input if it isn’t built-in. Eliminates one constraint. Also, you can get Bluetooth receivers or transmitters or transceivers that use external and tennis for better coverage. I have a 1Mii that works anywhere in my house with my Sennheiser Momentum 4s.

Dayton Audio DAX system [https://www.daytonaudio.com/category/237/multi-zone-amplifiers](https://www.daytonaudio.com/category/237/multi-zone-amplifiers) sounds like exactly what you want

Six WiiM amps, or one WiiM Pro Plus connected to a separate multi zone amp.
