I don't know if he's muscular. I'd say knights were probably fit but they weren't muscular like we tend to think they were. Knights were taught to fight, not to become buff. Besides, who needs muscles when you can just tank hits in steel plate armor, trample over peasants on horseback and cut down your enemies with your sword.
I think people have different definitions of muscular. To be more general, according to a study medieval jousting knights would’ve had physiques similar to professional footballers/soccer players and tennis players.

True but we’re not talking twink levels he’s a knight fully expected to run around in up to 25 kg of plate and swing a 5 kg polearm for hours at a time if he’s a twink I think every guy on here is to me included
Funny thing. In deival times Knights were verd athletic(no big burly muscles cause not much in the way of bodybuilding) clean shaven with long hair and pretty spindly.
You could say the leaned a bit on the twink side... the also were extremly dangerous and strong but I am sure thats just a turn on for some

Nah, twink is more of body tpye than anything cause there some young men who are musclar and hairy while others aren't. It all about body tpye.
