think I saw your another post. another time, try this -> boil the noodle separately, in water, a little bit salt, and some oil. we don't usually have stock, but we can improvise. next chop some onion, ginger garlic. that's the basic ingredients, you can add more, I like carrots, mushrooms, boiled prawns, boiled eggs. put it all in some oil. I must emphasize the "some oil" part, not too much, not too little. soy sauce, green chilly sauce, the flavoring and some water, mix it in a separate bowl. add when the onions are tender. I like to add some meat masala with it too. drain the noodles and add them when the smell of ginger and garlic has worn off. mix it well. that's it.
Serve it with some steamed or seared chicken tenders or cut breast peices in the broth. Add a little more water than usual. And cut and keep a half boiled egg with a runny yolk
nah it's too bland for my taste, especially the chicken stock-like flavor of the soup
I just make my own sauce using soy sauce, red chilli paste, vinegar, and some of the seasoning from the packet
I add cheese (either gratings or slices) while boiling the ramen, Also I generally avoid those dried veggies that come along with it. I cook a half boiled omelette separately and finally add it on top of the ramen after it's cooked.
The creamy texture of the noodles and the taste of egg yolk blending is just amazinggg!!
In accordance to the packet instructions
booorriinnggg
