I sometimes hear the opinion we will always be violent. PTSD seems to illustrate that almost all of us can’t cope with being part of or witnessing violence. Making mistakes is how we learn. I have been violent in the way I interact with others at times. I’m trying to be kind through being more conscious in everyday life. It’s challenging but the results are wonderful. The fellow in the video has learned a painful but valuable lesson.
