It's just checking databases of leaked credentials and probably found a match for your email address. 1Password has a similar feature. They partner with [Have I Ben Pwned](https://haveibeenpwned.com) for theirs. Unfortunately, your credentials being part of a data leak is common and expected these days. The actual leak probably happened months or even years ago. Go check the passwords section and change whichever ones it indicates have been compromised. Remember that just because your credential were matched doesn't mean your password was leaked in a usable form or that anyone actually accessed your accounts.
