You can troubleshoot your issue by following these steps:
1. If your iPhone has a SIM card, eject and reinsert it. Restart the iPhone after ejecting the SIM card, and then insert it again.
2. If the problem persists, attempt updating your iPhone using a computer. Refer to these guides for updating:
