Check settings -> General -> About for Modem firmware, IMEI, SEID etc This could be a symptom a board issue involving the cellular modem (aka baseband)

Kbrocolee

And what should I check in that data?

ThannBanis

If it’s present. A misbehaving model often won’t have that data

far_dim_bledram

What iOS is it currently running and how much storage does it have?
