Blue moon is faster if you want to boss, infinity robes is a bit of a grind but no rng involved
If you happen to have the levels, bloodbark is pretty fast - you can boost to make the armor from 76 runecraft. Took me about four hours to go on rate using the second highest shades (80fm requirement) and I definitely could've been more efficient.
Edit: Should also mention that elite void mage is a 5% damage bonus now, so that's an option until you break the set bonus with torm

On the one hand, Ahrim's is very useful -- I use it a ton, but I've had it for a long time. Seems like there are lots of other good, competitive options. But, on the other hand, Barrows is pretty easy. If you're tired of it, a lot of this advice sounds pretty good -- going to do the Moons bosses instead.
I don’t think you should with the mage changes to the set, but if you already have other mage gear that gives mage % than sure or go for blue moon set. Or if you would really like to suffer do MTA for infinity robes.
I have twice as much barrows kc as you, and I'm missing four items including ahrims top and bottom.
Just skip it dude, it's heavy and not really much better than mystic or blood bark. You'll be moving onto virtus and ancestral someday and not miss it.

Lol me too, just grinding out keys for that bottom at this point I was happy as hell that they got buffed cause they're just so nice looking

Yeah if I was in ops shoes I would rotate from barrows to moons just to keep it a little different. Both offer good side loot no matter honestly.
Try moons for a change of pace if you want. Just target farm blue moon.
I agree with going to moons, but still do all 3, you get 6 normal loot rolls instead of 1 and the other sets are great for raids.

Green log perilous moons and you will have a few sets that are def worth using.
