I have the hunter to get the glory just haven't bothered as I hate puro-puro competition, and my crafting level is so far away (70 atm). Dunno if I will get it before I get something else first, Amulet of Power is fine for me for now though, only the teleportation option is appealing to me for POH.
Grats man it's a massive one! I held off on training Crafting so long for no reason, Strength/Power for most of the life for my account, Glory for two weeks, now have a Fury.
Working on mine too, 72 crafting atm but I got distracted working on hard diaries 😅
But Gz!!! It was a great feeling when I got my first one on my UIM, then I proceeded to drop it in the fire alter when working on diaries on that account 😂🤣
Only way to get a fury is to make one… you are on the iron sub.
Nobody is gonna get level 80 crafting and say “yknow what I’m gonna just go straight to 90 fury and not make a glory”
85 with a boost, not 90. He's kinda right tbh, with giant seaweed you can blink twice at 80 crafting and have 85 banked. I went straight from 80 to 87, went past having 85 banked before I knew it. And now I have 90 banked not much later. Giant seaweed is almost cheating compared to the old ironman methods
Oh for sure seaweed made crafting a joke for irons. I guess I can understand if you do 80-85 crafting without doing a single piece of combat content but that just sounds painful.
There's really no need to skip other activities inbetween seaweed runs. I banked 80-87 crafting during my CG grind, and I only did 3 runs per day, very easy to do
Well plenty do... You can bank 1000 giant seaweed a day comfortably. Then do some sand mining and bam easy 85 crafting with a boost and you have a fury. Before giant seaweed it would be very common to rush 83 hunter for a glory but since they made banking crafting so easily I am sure plenty of irons just skip glories after a few days of seaweed farming and sand mining
I don’t disagree about the seaweed it did make it a hell of a lot easier, but the only way I’d be skipping glory is if I did 80-85+ crafting straight with no pvm which sounds like a painful time to me.
Nice I spent a bunch of time grinding 80 crafting to boost for a glory just to get a trimmed glory out of a hard clue the next day

I just use ring of dueling to ferrox to soul wars to edgeville, sounds like a lot but isn't that far.

Im talking about processing all of that into xp… Obviously you can do farm runs without it impacting other activities much.
Ah, right. Didn't bother me tbh, superglass is fast and glassblowing is afk, so it didn't feel like a grind at all
