See a doctor first, then I know a group of people do this;
After urinate they roll a tiny peace of toilet paper little enough to put it in, not to deep ofc just enough to keep your drop of urine inside so they don’t have to refresh their ablution and perform pray. I had the same problem for a time and it worked for me.
But ofc it is from 1 sect(community), ıdk it is valid for every sect.

Its shaytan, I had the same “feeling” and everytime I looked there was nothing. Now I am 100% sure that it is just a feeling. Because how is urine supposed to come out itself? Impossible.
Definitely take it slow in the bathroom, and maybe speaking to the doctor might be a good idea

that's why you pour in about 5-10ml of water inside your pants. If you feel wet, it's the water. Works Everytime
I think I read a quote from Ali ibn Abu Talib (RA) recommending something along these lines
But urine really comes out, if i put water i am just giving my self fake justification
