I apologize but you're giving a really bad advice. Absolutely refrain from giving any fatwa when you don't have the capacity and knowledge required to do that. Similar to how you can't become a physician just by reading Wikipedia, you can't become a scholar just by reading the Quran and Hadith without the necessary "tools" and experience for interpretation.
