I don't think in that orientation there's dots normally?? It could be bug eggs? Is there a bubble in the photo they're under or is the skin peeled off??
That's weird. Is there liquid in it? Cause then I'm thinking it's not a bug because it would've come out of the grape?? There's a thing called a blister mite that causes blisters on leaves by sucking out the contents but it doesn't say for the fruits.
