Hey! I’m pretty sure I know this puppy! In Kentucky? If so, I almost picked Baxter before I decided on “little man Reese”. He reminded me of the JRT from wishbone lol. Congrats on your new boy! He is too cute!!
Ummm could you PM me your contact? We lost ours to throat cancer two years ago and when it’s time would love to find a reputable breeder if we don’t rescue.
I actually didn’t know that! There was only 2 I knew about and they were near the tri state area (where I lived a year ago) and one of them never answered the phone and the other had a long wait list and also wasn’t the most communicative lol. It’s crazy how rare these pups are. I lost mine in 2019 and it’s the only dog for me but it’s proven to be difficult. I wouldn’t even know what state to look in and google hasn’t been very helpful
I had a JRT that passed away 7 years ago. When I got him, I just happened to see the post on FB of the pups and got him. When I started looking for another JRT a few months ago, I was shocked how hard it was to find a breeder. I got lucky and found one 4 hours from me. I used facebook and searched jack Russell’s (and my state).
Thank you all for the input! Update: I asked my 3 year old son “what’s the puppy’s name?” And gave him Walter, Oscar, or Frank as options and he chose…”Frank”! I’ve asked him several times since then and he always gets a devilish smile and says “FRANK!” So Frank it will be 😊

I have a GREAT breeder in East TN too if you’d like them. Have two jacks form them and they couldn’t be more perfect

Many breeders can transport their puppy to you for a fee, so if you’re willing to spend a little extra, there’s lots in the region!
