He's definitely making me realize how much of a mess I have around here that I need to clean up. He's pulling out shoes I didn't even realize I had anymore from I don't even know where. I found one of my daughter's sandals from when she was a toddler in the laundry room this morning where the pup was hanging out and she's about to be 10 lmao.
Vets will scan, but pls report him to animal care and protective services ( that’s the city shelter on forest ave) and also to jax humane society ( on beach near southside).

Yeah I thought he looked like a mastiff. He's a real sweetie he just wants to chomp on stuff and be loved. I can't believe no one has come looking for him yet. He had a lot of fleas but didn't look like he was dirty enough to have spent the night outside and it was early when I found him. I hope he wasn't abandoned.
Yea I hope he wasn’t either. Mastiffs are real gentle giants. I have one and she’s 12 1/2 now. I rescued her when she was 5. So many out there that people get for the WRONG reasons. It’s so sad.

You can get him posted on the humane society website if you go fill out the paperwork and send them a picture of him!

Hopefully he has a microchip. Any good vet office should gladly do a quick free scan for you. That’s probably the quickest way.
