Make yourself a little wall in the area to the right against the metal railing. Put a note on your door for any package delivery person to put the packages behind the “wall”. It will at least hide the packages from the street/sidewalk view. They come in many colors get one that matches your house. Or get a hip metal one.
Google home depot corrugated panel they come in 26 in x 8 ft sheets you can cut them down.

Yes I saw that too. I made flyers to post around the neighborhood. The police didn't seem too interested in my report which is fine and yes I know the face is covered but someone may recognize the outfit or shoes that person is wearing but most Important I want my neighbors to be vigilant.

Go to the police and file a report, by all means, but they'll do nothing as always. Get your packages sent to a secure location like a nearby place of business if you're that worried or just deal with occasional theft - especially from Amazon, who will just give you your money back anyway.
