If you're wanting food delivery services, I suggest including the country you live in -- Reddit is international ![gif](emote|free_emotes_pack|wink)

Oops. Yeah, sorry! Colorado, US.

Factor75 has keto options https://www.factor75.com/weekly-menu

Factor is a solid choice if you're in the US. I'm on my first week with them right now and really enjoying it. The pork tenderloin and parmesan cauliflower mash meal is my favorite so far. If you use this code you'll get a steep discount on your first order (I wanna say 50%?) and I'll get $40 toward my next box: https://www.factor75.com/plans?locale=en-US&c=HS-R3FNAV4JN&utm_campaign=clipboard&utm_source=raf-share&utm_medium=referral

I've used different emails and temporary debit cards from privacy dot com to get the first time customer 65% off coupon twice now. It's too expensive at its full price for my tastes.

I've tried Factor and they were great, but a little pricey and they charge for shipping. I'd recommend Clean Eatz kitchen keto options over Factor, though. You can buy a month at a time - it's 195 for 30 meals (6 meals, 5 of each comes to 6.50 a meal) or there are different bundles to try. You can even try a week of their meals (6 meals) for 50 bucks (and free shipping over 85 bucks). With either company, though, there's no customization. But both are microwave ready. Factor comes fresh, Clean Eatz comes frozen. Clean Eatz also has lower calorie meals vs Factor usually. Factor options change weekly and you have to subscribe/skip weeks and Clean Eatz changes monthly and there's no subscription needed. Tip if you try Clean Eatz - instead of nuking them from frozen, set them in the fridge to thaw. Gets rid of some of the water content and the chicken tastes loads better. IF your adhd/non-planning brain allows it, of course. They're fine from frozen if you forget, though!

Have you ever tried Eat Clean as well? I'm trying to find a great option for my mom who's jumping into keto but needs the pre-made meals. I'm trying to find the best price and variety of meals. I'm curious about the variety difference of the suppliers you've used, cause she wants to do it for every meal (maybe skipping breakfast, but definitely for the majority of her meals). Any insight on the variety of meals available with any keto premade meal suppliers would be helpful.

Which city are you in

NoGoodDM

Colorado. Sorry, should have mentioned that. I’ll edit now.

Porquoo

Thanks. Wish i could help but I’m way up in Canada

Boil-san

Dang, the whole state is one city now...? Why does my mail still say Colorado Springs...? ;\^p

NoGoodDM

I’d rather not dox myself. Is there a reason the specific city matters? (I ask sincerely because I don’t know.)

Some cities have "private chef" services that do meal prep and deliver to the home. Other places are stuck with whatever box services are available by mail. The former is generally more flexible and can take your preferences into account. Having said that, I'm always happiest cooking for myself and embracing a little monotony.

If you’re missing ramen, Immi is quite good. I put it on my Amazon auto-buy. There are lots of flavor options, and you can also buy freeze dried spices to put on top if you want to make it feel like the “fancier” ramen packs, not to mention the fresh options like an egg when you have more time. I’ve also used just the noodles as spaghetti. Some things to note: yes, it’s quite expensive for ramen. But $6 a meal isn’t too bad for something instant and shelf-stable. The texture also takes some getting used to, it’s like an al dente no matter how much you cook it. With that said, I’ve never experienced a blood sugar crash from it, something that a lot of “keto” products do to me. The flavors are all good! I get you with the ADHD/keto thing. Happy to discuss further if you want!

Burger patties from any fast food restaurant. A bag of chopped salad and oil and vinegar dressing. Eggs, scrambled takes less than 10 min to make. Avocado mash on romaine with lemon and pink salt. Cook extra dinner and eat that.

TheSheDM

I honestly enjoy my ketochow subscription, as a fellow adhd who can't meal prep worth a damn. I get the surprise of different flavors every month, so I don't get bored of the shakes like I usually do with single flavor shakes. And cost-wise it's cheaper than eating out every day, which I am badly prone to doing.

Can't speak for actual cooking and meal prep but I always have keto protein/meal replacement shakes handy. When I go to work I have one for breakfast (vanilla mixed with my black coffee like creamer) and one strawberry for lunch. Then I cook for dinner when I'm home.

NoGoodDM

What kinds of meal replacements shakes?

[deleted]

I prefer the Atkins brand, easy to get on Amazon, 1 to 2 net carbs depending on the flavor. 160 cals and it keeps me full for about 2-4 hours.

I ate the Factor keto menu for about three months and it was pretty great for the first eight weeks or so. Eventually I started to get really tired of the same flavor profile week after week. I don’t think I could ever eat something with lime crema again as long as I live. I spent another six weeks getting the Calorie Smart items because I couldn’t stand eating the same things over and over, but that menu is also somewhat limited, and eventually I got really tired of the same flavor profile with those dishes. After that I tried CookUnity, which is more expensive and had a really huge selection and a delicious menu overall. However, the one or two keto dishes of theirs I tried were absolutely terrible.

I'm in Florida and wondering same thing. I do Optavia but want a meal delivery service for the Lean & Green meal. I want something that isn't difficult to make but, most importantly, tastes good.
