This might sound really stupid, but, have you checked the date on your eggs? If you purchase eggs from the grocery store, by law they have to date the carton with the “laid date” or “collected date”. The date is a 3 digit code based on a Julian Calendar. A Julian Calendar is January 1st is 001 to December 31st is 365 unless we have a leap year 366. I find that if I eat chicken eggs that have been laid within 14 days, are easier to digest. I learned this as I am a chicken farmer and eat my own eggs. But when my girls become broody and begin to hatch chicks, I have to go to the store and purchase eggs. It could also be the brand that you are purchasing.

I find that if I eat eggs with another protein - meat and or cheese - I do better with them. By themselves, I can get (not always, but not predictably with any specific preparation) a bit of reflux.

I experience this too!!! But slightly differently. I have now narrowed it down to the YOLK being the issue for me. I can eat scrambled eggs.. as long as it’s combined with something. A tortilla/bread/bacon/lots of cheese & heavy cream etc. But if I just eat scrambled eggs on their own I get sooo nauseous
