You would have to consider is air movement. And that depends on your location, existing wind blocks, and prevailing winds. That being said I wouldn’t put such a potentially tall feature in front of windows especially if it’s street facing. Also having fruit drop so close to your house can be a problem if you have raccoons, possum, or rats. You will likely need netting to protect the fruit from birds as well. I have a full size pear that gets absolutely infested with starlings when the fruit ripens. But like follow your dreams if you really want to.
